Hot Springs at a 0-Star Resort

Craving a vacation as far away from civilization as possible, the protagonist books an excursion at a hot spring with no stars, no likes, and no reviews. While eating a subpar dinner in a run-down inn, he finds himself aggressively propositioned by a mute foreign girl who seems to live there - the same girl he saw bathing nude in the river on the way to his lodgings. Despite the awkwardness and his confusion, he's unable to deny her irresistible charm...
