Outrageous

Kengo Kai is a guy who loves to use his binoculars to spy on a woman's apartment at night, when she masturbates uncontrollably. One day, when he was on his way to his part-time job, he noticed that a woman seemed to be having trouble in the bike parking. What puzzled him was that this woman is the one he always spies on at night. Thanks to the fact that he helped her, it would be how it would start the adventure of the two of them.
