Komugi ga Jiman no Panya-san

The protagonist is a cat reincarnated as a human in order to repay a favor to Honami, her owner in her previous life. Honami has grown up and taken over her father's bakery. However, lacking customers, Honami is worried about having to close the shop. The cat-girl decides to call herself Komugi, and offers to help work at the bakery...

The story depicts Komugi and Honami's struggle to make the small bakery prosper, even though it's located at the end of a small street, away from the main road.
