In the Utsusemi District of Toaru City—where Suzuran All-Boys High School towers over the landscape—a young boy named Asada Hibari has moved into the Nakahara Apartments, a place better known as "The Ghost Projects." Still trapped in the shadow of his mother's death, Hibari remains unable to escape his suffocating loneliness.
