Synopsis
Showcasing delicious sweets and a colorful atmosphere, Café Grief Seed welcomes a variety of patrons through its doors. On a whim, Madoka Kaname and her friend Sayaka Miki visit the restaurant after seeing it being featured in a magazine. They quickly befriend the three employees of the establishment and eventually become interested in working at the café.
Seizing the opportunity, the apathetic store manager Kyuubey extends a job offer to Madoka and Sayaka, believing that their hiring will improve workplace efficiency. However, when waitress Homura Akemi eavesdrops on the cat-like creature, she learns that Kyuubey has ulterior motives behind the contract. Regretful of having made the wrong decision herself, Homura is determined to prevent Madoka from being deceived by the battlefield that is customer service!
